Amy & Matt’s Engagement Session
Some people think that my biggest challenge is dealing with brides.Well, they’re wrong. Without a doubt, my biggest challenge is dealing with Mother Nature. The Thursday morning I met Amy and Matt at Larz Anderson Park in Brookline, it was raning…mostly. Amy made my morning when she jumped out of the car and said, "I don’t care if I get wet!" Even more good news, it stopped raining.
We headed down the hill and walked around the beautiful pond with it’s Weeping Willow trees, stone pavillion, and foot bridges. It’s like this place was made for photography.
Amy and Matt are both incredibly hard working people and want nothing more than to have a little time to relax and get goofy. And they did. We strolled around the pond and then up the hill to the playground. They didn’t hide their personalities and gave me the opportunity to capture them at their best.
After a quick change of clothes (well at least Amy was quick – I think Matt was redoing his hair 😉 ), we did a few more shots on the upper side of the park.
Looking forward to this June and celebrating with you both!
